$40 or $50 for a married couple

How much is your non-refundable administrative fee and when do I pay it?
The administrative fee is $85 and is due upon moving in

Do you accept co-signers?
Yes, if all qualifications are met

Will you accept my pet?
Pets are accepted as long as there are no more than 2 and are under 50 pounds each. The pet deposit of $250 is due as well as a non-refundable pet fee of $250. Monthly pet rents of $20 to $30 are based on the number of pets in the apartment.

What utilities am I responsible for? You are responsible for all costs for
electricity, water, sewer and trash. There is no gas utility.

How much is the security deposit?
$175, which is fully refundable

Can I use my barbecue grill?
Yes, but only on first floor units

How much are your carports and garages?
Carports are $40 per month and garages are $80 per month.
